Peopoly unveils Phenom XXL V2 MSLA 3D printer: Technical specifications and pricing

admin

Peopoly, a Hong Kong-based 3D printer manufacturer, has introduced its new Phenom XXL V2 MSLA3D printer with high resolution.

Phenom XXL V2 is an updated version of the original XXL and Peopoly’s largest 3D printer from the Phenom series. It features the Vlare Core controller, MSLA technology, an accurate parallel light source and characteristics that will make printing quicker, more precise, and easier. According to the company, the 3D printer can produce 22 times as much material as Formlabs Form 3.

“We redesigned the power system and the case to integrate the advantages of the new LED system so that XXL V2 consumes less power and runs cooler. The result is a much quieter, more stable, and more energy-efficient printer,” said Mark Peng Co-Founder at Peopoly.

Features of the PhenomXXL V2 MSLA3D printer

The Phenom XXL V2’s build volume is 527 296 x 550 mm. The company claims that it is 500% bigger than Phenom, and four times larger then Form 3L.  The XXL V2 can be used for high-volume production and large models due to its 4K panel. The new design of the build plates makes Phenom XXLV2 as easy to use as any other Phenoms. It can print large models with no problems. XXL V2 uses Phenom’s same Deft- and Neo resins, allowing you to stock the exact same consumables.

Vlare Core software/firmware is included in the Phenom XXL V2, which allows users quickly to upgrade their LCD printer.

According to the company’s claims, the printer is easy-to-maintain. The advanced parallel LED technology of the 3D printer provides higher resolution, better power efficiency, and less fan noise. Peopoly reports that the 3D printer’s touchscreen is 7 inches wide, whereas the original XXL only had a 4.5 inch touchscreen. There are three options for slicers: the Lychee Slicer and Tango Voxeldance. There is now WiFi and an infrared cam for remote monitoring, management, and a Vlare Core board controller with Open File Format support.
