MUTOH Direct will be available in North America and Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
MUTOH Club, a cloud-based service, connects MUTOH to its printer users. MUTOH Club provides access to printer status, statistical data and product authorization, as well as product information and software.
MUTOH Direct for MUTOH dealers is an enhanced version of MUTOH Club. This new service lets dealers remotely access and monitor the printer information of end-users, which allows them to take immediate action and predict potential printer failures. Dealers can therefore reduce the number visits to end users and minimize downtime of printers, improving overall service effectiveness. By monitoring the status of printers, dealers can also advise users on how to operate their printers optimally.
