Artist and printmaker Susie Fortune from White Doodle Workshops will host two tote bag and block printing workshops in Baltinglass and Blessington libraries on Saturday, November 18.
Come alongside to Baltinglass Library from 11 a.m. to 12.20 p.m. or Blessington Library between 1.30 p.m. and three p.m. to study some newbie block printing methods on this artistic workshop.
Attendees will discover fundamental wood block printing results and use them to create and design their very own printed cotton t-shirts. Every participant will come away with their very own t-shirt/tote and a greater perceive the essential rules of woodblock printing.
A visible artist from Bray, Susie Fortune did a level in Fantastic Artwork Printmaking on the Dun Laoghaire School of Artwork and Design and a post-grad in Artistic and Cultural Entrepreneurship at Trinity School Dublin. She has greater than 20 years of expertise in artistic schooling and is enthusiastic about offering inclusive artistic workshops and experiences for youngsters and youths.
