New features and upgrades now available for the entire Helix® line of cylindrical inkjet printers

(GLOBE NEWSWIRE). — Leader in global printing industry Inkcups announces a complete rebrand of the company’s well regarded and best-selling Helix® Helix is a machine that converts existing versions to a better version.® 2.0. The company has released a modern, upgraded version of its 2.0 platform, which features a sleeker design, higher speeds, and more advanced features. Helix® And Double Helix® machine as well as a whole new digital cylinder printer to elevate customer’s straight and conical decorating capabilities.
The Helix has been redesigned® 2.0 is very much like the beloved Helix® machine with enhanced features and upgrades that allow for faster, more superior printing. The latest Helix can still print full-color images (CMYKWW, varnish) on both tapered and straight-walled cylinders.® ColorBoost has been installed on the machine. It allows printing at 12 pass quality at six speed speeds or at eight pass speed, creating the highest quality images available. ColorBoost assigns two channels to each color rather than one in other machines, allowing for better quality images and faster speeds. Helix 2.0 provides additional pretreatment options for adhesion needs. It can add corona plasma, jettable primer, and plasma to the in-line pretreatment.
The Helix provides enhanced printing capabilities and other benefits.® 2.0 comes with two optional safety features: an operator-protected light curtains and an updated curing place. Operators can now run Helix with the light curtain feature® Machines with additional protection. The machine will stop all motion once the invisible curtain has been passed. This ensures operators are safe while they work. The curing process is moved to the back of machine as an additional safety measure. In the previous model, product cures after the machine has been closed. The operator is then exposed to UV light. Curing at the Helix® It prevents UV light from reaching the exterior environment.
Joining The Helix® Helix is a line of cylindrical inkjet-printers,®+ is the stepping stone to the Helix® Double Helix and 2.0®. The design is unique as it starts as a single tunnel machine and can be upgraded to a dual tunnel machine later. This flexibility is an advantage for companies looking to expand their drinkware printing business.
All Helix® Machines now have a modern appearance, with a wider frame that is illuminated inside for easy access and maintenance. Other standard features include an automatic height adjust and automatic intelligent diameter measurement.® Software package
