Haryana: Virender Lather gets additional charge of controller, printing and stationery department

The Haryana government has given the additional task of controlling printing and stationery for the chief executive officer of the Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board Virender lather. Ashima Singwan is the new chief executive of Zila Parishad & DRDA Faridabad. Simranjeet Singh, another HCS Officer, who was waiting for orders of posting to be posted in the secondary education administration department, has also been appointed.

Haryana govt reconstitutes Mansa Devi shrine board

Chandigarh Haryana’s government has reconstituted the Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board in Panchkula under the leadership of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. According to a notification from the Urban Local Bodies Department, the minister of urban local body will serve as vice-chairman and the chief secretary, commissioner and secretary of urban local body department will be members. The member secretary will be the deputy commissioner of Panchkula, who also serves as the board’s chief administrator. Members of the non-official board are Haryana assembly Speaker Gian Chand Gupta. Other members include Latika Kataria, Banto Cataria, Kulbhushan Gupta (Panchkula mayor), RP Malhotra and Arun Gupta. Vishal Seth would be an associate member, as well as Ishwar Jindal. Non-officials and associates are nominated to serve for two years until May 7, 2020.

Dhiman named Krishna Ayush varsity V.C

KARNAL Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya appointed Prof Vaid K. Dhiman on Tuesday as Vice-Chancellor of Shri Krishna Ayush University in Kurukshetra. The announcement from the office of Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, who is also chancellor of Kurukshetra University, states that the appointment will be for three-years. He was presently working as a professor with the Institute of Post Graduate Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (IPGT&RA), Gujarat. The vice-chancellor met with officials from Ayush University shortly after his appointment. He has more than 33 years’ experience in the teaching and administrative field. He also served as director general of Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences in the Ministry of Ayush of Government of India.

On Wednesday, Railways will run a train between Shimla and Solan

Ambala On Wednesday, just two days after Northern Railways made the decision to run trains from Shimla to Solan in response to problems on the Kalka to Shimla heritage line beyond Solan, the first Himachal Pradesh train will depart the capital. The Northern Railways has already run trial runs between the stations Monday and yesterday. The suspension of the Kalka-Shimla train operation, which resulted in the cancellation of all trains (up or down), was imposed nearly 10 days ago due to heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh.
