admin

Environmentally friendly print has become a major industry trend. And the demand for sustainable printing technology will create new opportunities in the printing value chain. DS Printech China, taking place from 16 – 18 May 2023 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, will provide a trend-aligned sourcing platform for key industry players. The influential digital and print fair will host leading suppliers from around world. Many will be showcasing eco-friendly innovations.

Ms Wilmet Shea, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, commented: “Sustainability has been more than just a buzzword in the last few years, and is growing in importance. This will encourage printing service providers and ink and consumables suppliers to improve printing technologies, raw materials, and printing techniques. As one of Asia’s most influential textile printing platforms, DS Printech China will showcase these sustainable solutions to domestic and international buyers, encouraging responsible downstream business operations.”

In Guangzhou for a three-day event, the digital and screen print industries will gather to discuss a range of solutions that are currently available in their supply chains. Nearly 200 of the world’s leading companies have confirmed their attendance and are excited to showcase their sustainable innovations next month. Some of the exhibitors who are highlighted include:

Given the momentum behind the global sustainability movement, it’s no surprise that a growing number of exhibitors are focusing on this topic. In fact, with the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) recently issuing a “Red Alert” [1]Both brands and consumers are seeking solutions to minimize carbon emissions as well as other waste. Equipment, design and logistics improvements will reduce emissions. Innovations in inks and materials will also leave their mark on the market, as companies search for sustainable and viable alternatives.

DS Printech China rebrands two events: CSGIA & Textile Digital Printing China. The inaugural edition in Shenzhen, 2020, attracted 200 exhibitors who interacted with 8,853 attendees and more than 130,000 online participants.

The fair is co-organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, China Screen Printing & Graphic Imaging Association (CSGIA) and Guangzhou Teyin Exhibition Service.
